Crafted from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims region under the direction of award wining winemaker Gilles Dumangin, COUP Champage is produced with the same small batch characteristic and passion of over 130 years of experience passed down over five generations of incredible champagne making. After aging for four years in the cellars, our approachable cuvée delights the palate as the perfect reward for having just sabered the bottle open in spectacular fashion.

COUP can only be opened by sabrage, the art of champagne sabering! The bottle is hand painted matte black and labeled with a laser engraved metal plate.

Tasting Notes

Fresh, fruity and with a complex structure, this deep cellar aged cuvée blends equal proportions of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It is a ripe wine, with a rounded, full-bodied character. Full of yellow and crisp green fruits and with a touch of toast, it deliciously combines fruitiness and texture.
