Great Customer Service

I had experienced two bad UPS delivery that I received a broken champagne glass. So I contact customer services and they replace one immediately. But the replacement glass also broken when I received it. So the customer service upgrade me to stainless steel. I was disappointed at the beginning but very happy with the support they gave me. And the product looks really cool.

Great customer service!

I ordered the supreme case for my husband's birthday. For a guy who has everything, what else would you do!
Sadly there was a mix up in the warehouse and we were not able to enjoy our experience for his birthday because we were sent the wrong order. I immediately texted customer service after he opened the package to notify them of the error. They were very kind and resolution was an effortless process.
He was delighted when he received the correct package and had his first sabering experience.
