I had experienced two bad UPS delivery that I received a broken champagne glass. So I contact customer services and they replace one immediately. But the replacement glass also broken when I received it. So the customer service upgrade me to stainless steel. I was disappointed at the beginning but very happy with the support they gave me. And the product looks really cool.
