What’s the fastest you can deliver?
Order by noon PST, and we can have it as early as tomorrow. Just select express shipping at checkout.
What’s the standard delivery time?
We take 3 business days to hand-pack your order, plus shipping time. UPS Ground takes 1–5 business days depending on your address.
Can I upload my logo or custom artwork?
Yes, just make sure your artwork is high-resolution and converted to black and white. Engraving is etched onto a black metal plate, not printed—so gradients, fine shadows, and color details won’t carry over.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We don’t do discount codes—but we do have a corporate membership program that lets you earn store credit as you go.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the UK and Quebec and Ontario Canada. The list keeps growing, so reach out for the latest countries.
