COUP cases come in three collections. The [Essential Collection] includes Solo, Solo Metal, and Trio cases, pairing personalized champagne with a waterproof, dustproof, impact-resistant hard case. The [Saber Collection] includes Signature, Supreme, Supreme Metal, and Supreme Red, adding a solid stainless steel saber and COUP's patented opening mechanism for an unforgettable sabering experience. The [Mini Collection] includes Mini Solo and Mini6, designed around our 200mL Mini bottles.

COUP Champagne is also available on its own in 750mL Monolith, 1.5L Magnum, 3L Jeroboam, 200mL Mini, and limited 2004 Vintage formats.

Both collections pair personalized COUP Champagne with a waterproof, dustproof, impact-resistant hard case built to be kept. The Saber Collection adds a solid stainless steel saber, a saber-ready bottle with COUP's patented opening mechanism, and dedicated storage for the saber inside the case. Choose Essential for the COUP presentation and keepsake; choose Saber when you want the opening itself to become part of the experience.

COUP's patented opening mechanism is designed specifically for sabering and works with the saber included in your case. The solid stainless steel saber is weighted for balance and intentionally unsharpened. Every Saber Collection gift includes instructions for proper use. As with any pressurized champagne bottle, follow the instructions and always point the bottle away from people and anything breakable.

COUP Champagne is available in five formats: Mini at 200mL, Monolith at 750mL, Magnum at 1.5L, Jeroboam at 3L, and our limited 2004 Vintage. Mini is available as a four-pack or six bottles in a Mini6 hard case. Jeroboam includes a silver Sharpie so guests can sign the bottle and turn the celebration into a keepsake.

COUP cases and champagne are sold together as complete gifts. The case isn't disposable packaging. It's a waterproof, dustproof, impact-resistant keepsake designed to protect the bottle and remain part of the gift long after the champagne is gone. Every COUP case is guaranteed for life.

Yes. [RELOAD] is available for Signature, Supreme, and Supreme Metal case owners who want another saber-ready COUP bottle without purchasing another case. It's an easy way to bring the sabering ritual back for the next occasion.

Yes. Zero alcohol is available as an option on our regular-size bottle product pages. Simply select Make it Zero when ordering to keep the COUP presentation and personalization without the alcohol.

There are two parts to your delivery timeline: production and shipping. Standard production takes three business days. Custom logo and artwork orders begin that three-day production period once you approve your proof. After production, UPS Ground typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Yes. If you need COUP quickly, select both expedited turnaround and express shipping when you order. Orders placed by noon Pacific can arrive as early as the next day with the appropriate expedited options selected. If you're working against a hard deadline for an event, closing, meeting, or other important occasion, text us at 707-234-5755 before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.

COUP ships throughout the United States except Delaware and Utah. Shipping availability is subject to applicable alcohol regulations, so if you have a question about a particular destination, reach out and we'll help.

Yes. We currently ship to the United Kingdom and to Quebec and Ontario in Canada. Interested in another country? Contact us at concierge@coupchampagne.com and we'll check what's possible for your destination.

You'll receive a UPS tracking number by email once your order ships. Remember that tracking begins after production, not when the order is placed. If your order has completed its expected production time and you haven't received tracking, check your spam folder or contact us at concierge@coupchampagne.com.

Possibly, if production hasn't started. Personalization is permanently laser-engraved into the metal plate, so once engraving begins, it can't be changed or undone. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at concierge@coupchampagne.com or text 707-234-5755 and we'll let you know where your order stands.

Contact us as soon as you notice it. Custom logo and artwork orders receive a proof before production, but standard text personalization is engraved from exactly what you submit on the product page. Please double-check names, dates, spelling, and messages before placing your order. If engraving hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to help.

Alcohol laws prohibit us from accepting returns once an order has shipped, as explained in our [Shipping & Returns] policy. That said, we want you to be delighted with your COUP. If something isn't right with your order, contact us at concierge@coupchampagne.com or text 707-234-5755 and we'll work with you to make it right.

Let us know right away. Send your order number along with photos of the damaged product and its packaging to concierge@coupchampagne.com. Our cases are built to protect what's inside, but if something goes wrong in transit, we'll help get it sorted out.

Yes. Every COUP case is guaranteed for life. If your case ever breaks, we'll replace it. No exclusions, no fine print. Send us your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll take it from there.

Almost anything. Add names, dates, messages, company logos, or custom artwork to make the bottle specific to the person or moment. Every COUP bottle features a precision-cut metal label, with personalization permanently laser-engraved into the plate rather than printed or applied as a sticker. Start with a design from our [Gallery] or create something entirely your own.

Yes. Every [Custom Build] product allows you to upload your own logo or artwork directly on the product page. For the fastest turnaround, provide high-resolution artwork converted to black and white. Clean, high-contrast artwork engraves best; gradients, fine shadows, and color details don't translate well to laser engraving.

Yes. If you're not sure how your logo, artwork, or idea will translate to engraving, reach out to us. Our team can help determine what will work best on the metal plate before your order goes into production.

For custom logos and artwork, yes. Our team will prepare a proof for your approval before engraving. Standard text personalization entered directly on the product page does not require a proof, so please double-check names, dates, spelling, and messages before submitting your order.

Our standard production turnaround is three business days, including custom logo and artwork orders. Uploading your artwork when you place the order helps keep things moving, and custom artwork orders go into production once the proof is approved.

Yes. For smaller orders, select Multiple Addresses at checkout and enter each recipient's shipping information directly. For lists of more than 10 recipients, reach out to us and our team can work from a recipient list and handle the individual shipments for you.

COUP Champagne comes from Chigny-les-Roses in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne, France. It's produced by Dumangin J. Fils, a fifth-generation Champagne house whose family has been making wine in the region for more than 130 years. Every bottle comes from Premier Cru vineyards.

COUP is made under the direction of fifth-generation winemaker Gilles Dumangin of Dumangin J. Fils. The family has been producing Champagne in Chigny-les-Roses for more than 130 years, combining generations of traditional Champagne-making experience with the distinctive COUP presentation and ritual.

COUP is a Brut Champagne made from equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims.
