1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by COUP Brands LLC, 3909 Park Road, Benicia, CA 94510 (“Sponsor”).

Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third party mentioned in connection with the Promotion (e.g., event hosts, partners, or social platforms).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, contractors, and representatives of COUP Brands LLC, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Entry methods vary by Promotion and will be specified in Exhibit A below. Typical entry methods may include, but are not limited to:

• Completing a product finder quiz

• Submitting an email address and/or phone number via a digital or in-person form

• Following or tagging COUP on social media

• Completing an event participation form

Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion, unless otherwise specified in Exhibit A. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.

By checking the optional marketing opt-in box (where applicable), you consent to receive marketing communications from COUP Brands LLC. Opting in or out of marketing communications does not affect eligibility to win.

4. Entry Period

Each Promotion will have its own entry start and end dates as stated in Exhibit A. Entries received outside the specified entry period will not be considered.

5. Prize

Prize details, approximate retail value (ARV), and number of winners will be listed in Exhibit A. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random (or by another method as stated in Exhibit A) from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via the contact method provided upon entry (e.g., email, phone, or direct message) within approximately seven (7) days after the Promotion ends. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner grants COUP Brands LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to COUP Brands LLC’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion and, if consented, to provide marketing communications.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control impair its integrity or fairness. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless COUP Brands LLC, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. Governing Law

All disputes and claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
