COUP alcohol free sparkling white wine is produced in Italy and created to mimic the subtle essence of champagne without alcohol or high sugar. We start with a traditional process of producing sparkling wine in Italy, and then remove only the alcohol after fermentation, which allows the wine to retain the complexity and acidity similar to our champagne. An “extra brut” style of dosage at less than 3g per 100ml serving perfectly complements its Italian terroir. This is a low calorie drink at just 16 calories per serving.
