Depending on the selected Reserve product, personalization may include the bottle, case, saber, metal flutes, and company logo on the case.

Ordering

For individual orders, enter the personalization and shipping information directly with your order.

For multi-recipient orders, upload the completed order file with the personalization, gift message, and shipping details for each recipient.

COUP Champagne is made under the direction of fifth-generation winemaker Gilles Dumangin in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne, France. Every bottle comes from Premier Cru vineyards, aged for four years, and blended with equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier.

Fresh, structured, and expressiveā€”expect yellow fruit, crisp green apple, and a whisper of toast. Itā€™s bold enough to stand on its own, but smooth enough to bring everyone in.

Whatā€™s the fastest you can deliver?
Order by noon PST, and we can have it as early as tomorrow. Just select express shipping at checkout.

Whatā€™s the standard delivery time?
We take 3 business days to hand-pack your order, plus shipping time. UPS Ground takes 1ā€“5 business days depending on your address.

Can I upload my logo or custom artwork?
Yesā€”just make sure your artwork is high-resolution and converted to black and white. Engraving is etched onto a black metal plate, not printedā€”so gradients, fine shadows, and color details wonā€™t carry over.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We donā€™t do discount codesā€”but we do have a corporate membership program that lets you earn store credit as you go.

Do you ship internationally?
